Vietnamese-Style Pho

Add 11 g Pho Broth Powder (1 tbsp + 2 tsp) to 8 oz. of boiling water and set aside.

Prepare 20-40 g wet rice noodles (3 m sized or wide noodles are good to use).

Add noodles and choice of vegetables if desired in the same pot of broth mix.

(Meat Optional)
Slice thin raw beef (3oz) and place in the noodle bowl.

Top with sprout, chopped green onions, purple onion and Thai basil.

Optional to add hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce.
