Tom Yum Soup

For Broth: Boil 8 oz. of water in a pot. Add 2 tbsp of powder mix and stir for
1-2 min over medium heat.

Add 40 g. of chopped vegetables – broccoli, mushroom, tomato, baby corn etc.
Optional to add protein such as seafood, meat or tofu and/or 20 g of cooked rice noodles . Simmer for 3-5 min. Garnish with fresh herbs.
