Red Coconut Curry Noodle

For Broth: Boil 6 oz. water in pot and add 4 tbsp of powder mix. Stir until blended.

Add 20 g of cooked rice noodles. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add 40 g of chopped vegetables ( ex. broccoli, carrot, red bell pepper) and stir for another 3-5 minutes over medium heat.

Optional to add protein of choice and garnish with asian herbs like cilantros,
thai basil, mint.

To make a Red Curry Stir-Fry Sauce, reduce water to 2-3 oz with 4 tbsp
of powder mix and add vegetables and/or noodles and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
