Pad Thai

For Sauce: Combine 4 tbsp (or 26g) of mix powder with 2 oz. of cold water
and set aside.
Heat a wok or pan with 2 tsp. cooking oil for 1-2 min. over high heat.

(Optional to add egg and scramble)
Add 1 ¾ cup of chopped vegetables of your choice and stir-fry for 2-3 min. over
medium heat (Suggested vegetables: bean sprouts, carrots, broccoli).

If adding meat or tofu, use less than an ounce of sliced protein and
stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1 cup (or 2 oz.) of cooked rice noodles and stir-fry for 1-2 min.
Add Pad Thai sauce and stir-fry for another 1-2 min.
Optional to top with chopped scallions and crushed peanuts.
